I found out at Nicholas's birthday party that he has a legion of girlfriends, the most devoted of whom is his best friend Saydee. Even Nicholas sheepishly admits they are probably going to get married. Sweet little Saydee sends Nicholas notes on an almost weekly basis; I find little folded up pictures in his backpack regularly.
