Today we went to the Barthel's Strawberry Farm.
I wasn't quite sure what to do with Lucy since I couldn't bring her stroller into the field with us, but she quickly got the hang of pickingstuffingeating strawberries.
Here she is crawling over a bush and digging for more. She's a natural!
The kids thought it was so much fun.
It reminded me how hard being a strawberry picker for a living must be.
This looks like a lot, but we really didn't pick too many.
When we got home the kids hulled the berries while I mixed up some strawberry ice cream. Yum!
We are definitely going back for more!
