In our family we take Mardi Gras literally: we make Polish donuts called paczki (sounds like poonch-ka). Every year for as long as I can remember Mom does the frying, Grandma does the filling, and the littlest does the shake-shake-shaking.
Yum. Yum. Extra Yum.
