Thanksgiving

We were fortunate enough to make it back to Wisconsin for Thanksgiving. We are so grateful for the time we got to spend with our family and friends. On Thursday both our families were kind enough to celebrate the day together.Dr. Jost, skilled avian surgeon, along with help from nurses E. Jost and R. Dublinski, put his skills and to use on the turkey. The operation was a success; the patient was delicious.
Over dinner, the grandparents discussed possible names for Baby Lovely. Sadly, we won't be naming her...any of them.

The great-grandmas joined in the discussion too. Despite heavy lobbying, we won't be naming her Geraldine either. Sorry, Grandma! It's possible we have a name picked out already...we'll wait 'til the big day to reveal it. If we've decided already, that is.

If not for Grandpa's quick moves, our niece Laney may have sampled her first manhattan.

The food was delicious and it was so great to be able to spend the day with both families.

Thanks goes to your parents for inviting us to their house. Your mom is the best hostess and chef! Thanksgiving was wonderful!
