Yesterday Katelyn initiated Lucy into the glittery world of princesses and tea parties. They attended the Princess Tea Party at the library together; Katelyn holding Lucy's hand and gently mothering her and Lucy's wide-eyes watching and replicating every move Katelyn made. It made my heart melt.
Katelyn picked out Lucy's dress from her pile of dress-up clothes, purple because it's Lucy's favorite-and Lucy chose her shoes- red cowgirl boots.
