Lucy has decided that she is of the age where she would like to dress herself. Which is all well and good, I admire indepence, except...she's 18 months old. And evidently 18 month olds think swimwear is an appropriate stand-in for pants.

No amount of convincing could pry those chubby legs out of her suit. It was only when she tripped (evidently it's hard to walk with your bathsuit around your ankles) and fell flat on her face did she become frustrated, rip it off and fling it aside in favor of two pairs of pants: one leg in each pair, naturally.
