I asked for an ice cream maker for Mother's Day. I can't say exactly where the sudden interest in frozen confections came from but I need to know immediately which of you knew exactly how easy and delicious it is ANDWHYDIDNTYOUTELLME?

For our inaugural batch we made chocolate.
No stabilizers or weird chemicals went in.
Just cocoa, sugar, milk, cream and salt.
Mmm tasty!
Yesterday we made strawberry and tomorrow I'm thinking peanut butter cup.
I'll probably need to invest in some larger pants in the coming days.
